Our Story

Built on a Decade of Healthcare Innovation

Encore Wound Care was founded in 2022 by a leadership team with over a decade of experience building patient-focused healthcare organizations across pharmacy, diagnostics, and laboratory services.

The model is built on a "Practice Within a Practice" philosophy, offering providers the infrastructure and support of a large organization while preserving the clinical autonomy that makes great care possible.

2010

MedArbor Pharmacy launched, marking the beginning of Encore's parent organization in healthcare services.

2015

Expansion into commercial and physician-owned clinical laboratories, broadening the portfolio's reach.

2017

Adoption of PCR and molecular testing capabilities, positioning the organization on the leading edge of diagnostics.

2020

MedArbor Diagnostics became a validated COVID-19 testing provider, processing up to 20,000 samples per day. Acquisition of Cordant Health Solutions, rebranded as Navis Clinical Laboratories.

2022

Encore Wound Care founded, bringing specialized wound care directly to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

2023

WoundTracker platform launched. Expansion into Pennsylvania.

2024

Acquisition of Primus Wound Care. EMR platform rollout. Expansion into Kentucky.

2025

Expansions into Tennessee and Indiana. Acquisition of Pinnacle Care and Wound Care Consultants. Podiatry Division launched.
