Encore Process

How Our Model Works

From the moment a resident is referred, Encore manages every step: scheduling, clinical care, documentation, and billing. Your team stays focused on running the facility, not coordinating outside providers.

  1. 1

    Facility signs on

A short agreement, a facility walkthrough, and credentialing of your Encore provider team. Most facilities are fully operational within 48 hours.

  2. 2

    Your DON refers a resident

A simple referral to your Encore liaison; no portal login required. We respond with a confirmed visit time within one business day.

  3. 3

    Encore arrives at bedside

A certified wound care specialist sees the resident in your facility, on your schedule, with all necessary supplies and DME included.

  4. 4

Documentation goes directly into your EHR

No faxed notes, no duplicate charting. We document in your system timestamped, photographed, and CMS-ready the same day.

  5. 5

    Medicare Part B billed directly

We handle all billing directly through Medicare Part B and applicable insurance. There is no cost to your facility. Zero claims burden on your team.
